Our Mobile Coffee Service range from Outdoor Van & Coffee Carts to Indoor Coffee Carts and Stand Alone Machines for custom built exhibits or private functions. Our 3 carts and van are all custom built. They range in size and performance from our large classic Elite (Indoor / Outdoor) Mobile Coffee Cart built by Coffee Carts of Melbourne to our smaller Exhibition / Convention / Promotion carts that are ideal for indoor events of all sizes. Our Coffee Carts comes complete with it's own water and only needs to connect to some power to get it up and running, or for an extra charge we can organise a generator for you.
Our Mobile Coffee Carts are built to exceed all health and council regulations. Our coffee carts are not only very functional, they also looks extremely smart and professional at any indoor or outdoor event such as Corporate events, Conferences, Concerts, Music Festivals, Trade Shows, Exhibitions, Film or TV Shoots, Markets, Private Functions, Sporting and Special events.
Our smaller mobile coffee carts have been custom built to fit in situations where our larger cart cannot be accomodated. These carts are made of stainless steel with the option of a black formal pinch pleat valance surrounding it. This looks superb in any of the many Hotels and Conference rooms which we do Trade Shows, Conferences and Exhibitions in.
Our Mobile Coffee cart service is quite unique compared to the services that the Franchised Coffee Van's provide. We serve from a real professional coffee cart that will impress your guest or customers. Unlike the Franchised Van's we aren't serving coffee for a formal or even informal function or event out the back of the tailgate! however our mobile Coffee Carts can easily convert within our custom built trailer for outdoor events complete with servery window, or it can wheel out of the trailer right into a foyer, convention centre or other indoor or outdoor location. Complete with corporate down lights, umbrella or Marquee.
Corporate Functions We specialise in Conferences, Trade Shows, Exhibitions and other Corporate events (both single day events and multi day events) including staff recognition days, reward morning / afternoon teas, Coffee Breakfasts, or just if you wish to do something a little bit special for your staff and clients.
Private Functions We cater for any size private function or event including, birthday parties, engagements, weddings, end of year breakups, and Christmas Parties. We also can assist with kosher coffee events

We also are available for longer corporate events of 3 days or longer in TAS, SA, ACT and Southern NSW.
Based at Mornington / Mt Martha on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, we are at home as much in the CBD, Dandenong, Frankston, Gippsland, Hamilton, Beechworth, Bendigo, Ballarat or Geelong as we are doing one of our local Shire festivals or events.
About our Coffee
Our Coffee is of the finest quality. We use Five Senses Coffee exclusively (We will partner with other coffee roasters for special events and promotions ie. Harris Coffee's Netball Promotion 2007), Five Senses is roasted locally here in Victoria by Master Roaster Gavan Hogan. We insist that our coffee is roasted fresh for your event or function, you choose from our PNG Full Body Medium (FBM) Premium Small Holder/Grower Coffee , Harvest Blend and Columbian Decaf or should you require a special blend, please ask and we'll have Gavan and his team roast up a fresh batch of whatever beans you so desire. Five Senses are as passionate about roasting fresh coffee as we are about serving the perfect Espresso or Latte. They Drum roast their coffee and then air cool it to the perfect roasted level in small batches to ensure you receive a premium grade coffee, perfect for any espresso based beverage. Five Senses have won 24 awards in the last 5 years for their premium coffees.
Our Papua New Guinean FBM is a very popular Single Origin Ethical Organic Coffee (called PSC (Premium Small-Holder Coffee) Grade A) from a co-op of (smallholder) farmers who each hand pick their harvest from their small group of trees (usually 20-40). The guys at Five Senses Coffee were instrumental in helping this community of coffee farmers set up this co-op when they lived in this PNG community whilst teaching at a local school some years back. They are paid a premium price above the New York Stock exchange price and are paid upfront for their coffee before it has even left their co-op storeroom. This Papua New Guinean trading partnership results in dialog, transperancy and respect between the grower/co-op and the master roaster, not just for one season but for a prolonged period of 10 years or more. This results in the farmer committing to Long Term Sustainable Development which in turn results in even finer premium small-holder coffee.
This commitment is better than most 'fair trade' coffee's in that, small-holder growers with premium crops can enter the market and get above market prices for their crops without all the fees that fair trade labelling take away from the farmer as 'their cut' of the deal. These fees are sometimes as high as 20% and often the farmer has to then wait 6 month to get paid. The Five Senses Coffee we use is second to none in the world, the farmer is paid a premium price for his crop upfront, no middleman fees, organic, fresh, ethical, sustainable. It's what we call

Our FBM is a great allrounder coffee, a very smooth flavour without any of the bitter after taste that you often come across with medium to dark roasted coffee's.
Our Harvest blend is a mix of 1/3 Papua New Guinean FBM, 1/3 the smooth mellow blend of Costa Rica, and 1/3 Colombian to create a warm rich taste on the palate.
We can also offer a number of specialty coffee's roasted just for your event. these include Organic, Certified Fairtrade, Rich Italian style espresso and a number of Single Origin and skillfully blended coffee's. Need a special blend? Just ask!
